Mo Bailey is a "triple bet" on your side ~ for simplified success! Bailey empowers you
with research-based education, universal information and strategies. Consider her a ‘winged angel’ on your
shoulder and guide for your success to take flight!
1. As a certified *co-active coach and **servant leader, she is your partner that will pull
questions, thoughts and answers that you have within you to the surface. Even if this is new territory
for you, remember, only YOU have walked in your shoes! (See below for coach style definitions).
2. As your consultant, Mo offers you resources and information relevant to your situation.
3. As your advocacy empowerment leader, you will receive the elements of strategy, strength and
success to pull and keep it all together.
This assists you in receiving the full picture you are dealing with in a digestible way. Part of assimilating to
this situation is to integrate proven strategies for clarity. We break things down into chunks and sequences
for you to ‘mind download’ easier with a greater depth of comprehension.
Mo’s philosophies:
I do not believe in ‘blueprints’ as your situation is not a ‘one-size fits all’ matter. Certain diagnoses and
situations have ‘footprints’ we respect, however people who generally are advocated for are like snowflakes
– no two are the same!
I ask guided questions and sometimes use template oriented formats to maintain focus to stay on
target. This gets to the core of what is personal without going off on too many tangents that might
derail the bottom line from reaching optimum results in your endeavors.
Research-based and trained, I guide you to think new thoughts to pull out the best in you so we can
maintain focus and stay on the intention for the best case scenario.
When passionate, emotion-driven and dealing with people who sometimes don’t share your views,
lack integrity and sometimes aren’t in the right career for themselves, this can be quite a task.
To be effective, it is important to be open to seeing the sides of others who don’t feel like they are
truly on ‘your team’.
I encourage this with humor, lack of judgment to allow clarity, and I support you in being active verses
reactive so you may receive what really matters.
About Mo and About You!
Mo Bailey has effectively advocated for her own child, children of others and adults in personal matters,
business, team development, productivity and practice management for many years. Yet, the real value in
what she does today is aligned with the biggest lesson she received through her 'hands on & in the trenches'
experience: “While outside help has its place - it is YOU that knows the full story AND it is YOU that is
typically in it for the long haul...
Consider your situation a biography. You are the author. At times you might need to hire a provisional
advocate, advisor or an attorney to help with 'rewriting' (or 'righting') a situation or an event, yet that is
just a chapter in your book.
Like all good novels, you have three parts - the characters, the conflict and the solution which in this
case has the intention of a successful ending!
Before you sign a contract with a publisher, it's wise to have supporting data, relevant terminology, &
effective communication, easy to maintain records, copyright worthy documentation, and if you'd like,
an editor to support you. When you deal with a diagnosis, organizations, systems, etc, it is important
that you present yourself with the knowledge of a best-seller!"

A co-active coach is...
The coach is a “change agent,” in a passive role,
citing four cornerstones of co-active coaching:
- The client is naturally creative, resourceful and
whole. The coach asks the client questions
without providing ready answers enabling the
clients who actually have the answers, to find
them.
- Co-Active Coaching addresses the client’s
whole life, or the idea that there should be
balance and fulfillment in all areas of the client’s
world and aiming for a higher purpose, creating
the means for change in the clients, and, by
extension, in families and organizations.
- The agenda comes from the client and not from
the coach. However the coach helps the client
articulate and realize their dreams.
- The coach “dances in the moment,” sensing
what is important, being able to change course
with shifting currents and themes during
coaching sessions knowing that each client
response offers information on where to go next.
This is a definition of co-active coaching is given by Coaches
Training Institute co-founders, Laura Whitworth, Karen Kimsey-
House, and Henry Kimsey-House.
Servant Leadership is...
Servant leadership puts people first, or at the very least,
on the same level as other top priorities of an
organization.
Its foundational element is care; care for all those who are
touched by the organization. This includes its employees,
clients, marketplace, and community.
At its heart, servant leadership is about identifying the
highest priority needs of those being served and then
working to meet those needs.
According to Robert K. Greenleaf, who developed the
idea of servant leadership, the best test for servant
leadership is:
- “Do those served grow as persons?
- Do they, while being served, become healthier,
wise, freer, more autonomous, more likely
themselves to become servants?
- And, what is the effect on the least privileged in
society?
- Will they benefit or at least not be further
deprived?”

Sometimes I wonder if we shall ever grow up in our politics and say definite things which mean something, or whether we shall always go on using generalities to which everyone can subscribe, and which mean very little.”
