Mo Bailey is a Certified Coach,
Advocacy Empowerment
Leadership Consultant, Author
and Speaker.
As a highly sought after
‘Recognition Authority’ & skilled
strategist, Mo is also a parent
of a child who does not fit a
status quo blueprint.
Mo is dynamic and known for
her skill in subtly and
significantly delving into What
Really Matters™.
While others find Mo to be
expert in “invisible disabilities”,
she finds the true experts to
be those who truly know each
individual best. Likely, this is
you.
“Every neuro, hormonal,
physical, mental, etc.-
challenged person is like
a snowflake - all are
different!”
With a business, advocacy, and
sociology background, Mo
brings to light the value and
methods for you to reach
acceptance, team development
skills, strategies & tools
relevant to your personal
situation.
Mo’s programs support you
with essential empowerment
skills that will benefit you for
your lifetime.
“It’s not always those we advocate for who fall through the cracks. Sometimes it is
us who advocate for them as the learning curve is long. Too often, the game books change
without notice or complete transparency. The players are inconsistent and compromised
systems often keep honorable people up at night.
Out of a sense of self preservation, some well-meaning don't last or keep up the fight.
However quitting is a luxury that you, or someone you know might not have.
With acceptance, behind the curtain revelations and essential information, your
journey can ease up to 98% with clarity and a relevantly-customized route. When you
learn what you are truly dealing with and how best to deal with it, the raging rivers you
swim in begin to dissipate into puddles. Your world becomes less daunting and even if your
feet get wet, with this chosen path, you will not drown."
~Mo Bailey
Whether it is as common as situational anxiety or shyness, speaking up for yourself in a networking
or business situation or communicating with legislature to pass laws for insurance to pay for medical
treatment, it is all a form of Advocating.
Do you, or someone you know have subtle to significant challenges that either tend to fall through the
cracks or be pushed into cracks due to lack of knowledge, testing, diagnosis, or the bureaucracies of
budgets, politics, business, insurance or school districts?
- YOU (and they) NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DEALING WITH!
- Do you have a diagnosis or knowledge of where this challenge stems from?
- Have you accepted what the diagnosis or challenge really is?
Are you affected in some way by Hormones, Neurology, Mental, Physical, Behavior, Stress, Stroke,
ADHD/ Alzheimer’s, Autism spectrum, Learning Challenged, Physically challenged, emotionally
challenged, a syndrome, disorder or anything else, either personally or with someone you work or live
with?
If you are a significant other/parent/guardian of someone with special needs, it is
important to realize that while other people and providers will be in and out of your
life, you are the one who is the long-term advocate. Ready or not, especially if this
involves a child, life is NOW!
People will be there for you in various stages, yet it is you (especially if this is in
support of a child) that is the most important thread that is weaved throughout the
majority of advocacy in this person’s and/or your own life.
If you are a provider, agency or in a business role with a person with challenges,
you might deal with familiar and foreign idiosyncrasies. Perhaps they scare you or that
you prefer not to deal with this situation. Yet, being here, you have an opportunity to
stretch your comfort level. At the very least, take the 3-for-FREE offer to get
information as well as receive respect with your involvement.
Everyone read...
 | | Remember that knowledge is power and once you have it, the mysteries, fear |
| | and resentment begin to balance with acceptance, new perceptions, energy shifts and success plans.
|
 | | Statistically - you or someone close to you is likely to someday be in a |
| | situation that other's could turn their back on. Think about how this would affect you and your loved ones if you are unable to receive available solutions.
|
 | | Most of this is not as daunting as it seems...AND, if everyone chose not to |
| | deal with it - how would this person's life be? Now ask yourself, are you in a position to make even a small, yet positive difference?
|
In the midst of dealing with any or all of the following: school districts, insurance
companies, medical and occupational providers, emotional and financial stress when
you have a loved one with special needs –overwhelm, autopilot, shock and awe are
common initial reactions.
For those who represent such institutions, we also know you went in with passion
and often have your hands tied personally. You also warrant understanding and support
from those feeling mistreated and directing anger toward you. For you, understanding
their world better assists in communication where they will offer you more respect.
With experience and understanding, I invite you to sign up for the 3-for-FREE offer
with no strings attached. Let's bridge gaps and put reality into the concept of the word
"team!" - at the very least to understand each other better!
My "No Strings Attached" request...

About Mo and About You!
Mo Bailey has effectively
advocated for her own child,
children of others and adults in
personal matters, business, team
development, productivity and
practice management for 20+
years.
Yet, the real value in what she
does today is aligned with the
biggest lesson she received
through her 'hands on & in the
trenches' experience as a
professional advocate:
“While outside help has its
place - it is YOU that knows
your full story AND it is YOU
that is typically in it for the
long haul...
Consider your situation a
biography. You are the author.
At times you might need to
hire a provisional advocate,
advisor or an attorney to help
with 'rewriting' (or 'righting') a
situation or an event, yet that
is just a chapter in your book.
Like all good novels, you
have three parts - the
characters, the conflict and
the solution which in this case
has the intention of a
successful ending!
Before you sign a contract
with a publisher, it's wise to
have supporting data,
relevant terminology, &
effective communication, easy
to maintain records, copyright
worthy documentation, and if
you'd like, an editor to
support you.
When you deal with a
diagnosis, organizations,
systems, etc, it is important
that you present yourself with
the knowledge of a best-
seller!"

Case Study:
"Husband and wife worked with
schools on behalf of child, yet felt
unheard and repeatedly
dismissed.
We worked on communication
strategies for their requests to
gain respect and administrative
support.
Their child's appropriate
educational plan was supported
with their 3 acceptable solution.
They knew what they wanted with
clarity and walked in with
knowledge of the least and most
of what they were willing to
accept.
This gave the district choices
and the parents clarity and
empowerment."
